Kitchener St - House Two

The original beach shack has been subtly
altered to provide new bedroom and living
spaces for the kids, with a new main
entrance down the side of the house
connecting to the gardens and new
two-storey rear extension. The sloping
site takes advantage of the park views
from the master suite upstairs.
The design is centred around a modern
beach family lifestyle with storage for
surfboards and an outdoor shower
in the garden.
