As well as our full design service, we also offer a range of consultation packages, each designed to equip our clients with the knowledge and confidence required to achieve their particular goals.
Starter Consultation
$690 + GST
A one-hour Site Visit with on-the-spot advice on the functionality and layout of your house. Feel free to ask us anything about the design and build process. We will also explain what’s involved and what to expect at each stage of a renovation or new build project as well as provide advice on your budget and design brief.

This package is great for people who are considering starting their home renovation and are looking for some advice on the next steps to take before diving in.WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- Design Brief Questionnaire to guide you towards creating your very own custom
- Design Brief.
- A one hour ‘ask us anything’ Site Visit.
- Follow-up email after the site visit summarising key points from our meeting.

- No drawings or documentation are provided with this consultation.
- Option for additional time if needed, additional fees apply.

Explore Consultation
$3,400 + GST
This package explores the renovation potential of your existing house. We provide direction and guidance to support you in confidently taking the next steps in your home renovation journey. This package considers not only the design of your house, but also addresses the spacial planning, layout, and budget of your project.

IS THIS PACKAGE RIGHT FOR YOU?
This package is great for DIYers and Planners. It helps you to create a plan of attack and decide when to push ‘go’ on any small landscaping or DIY jobs you’d like to get started on while waiting to commence a full renovation project. It’s also a great tool to help you budget for your full renovation project.WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- 2 x 1.5 hour meetings — Introduction Meeting & Final Presentation Meeting.
- Site Analysis — including an assessment of the Local Planning Regulations and Policies for your property.
- Mud map exploring the renovation potential of your existing house and site with recommendations of general zoning of habitable spaces.
- Mood Board Booklet — a collection of ideas, materials and textures to provide visual inspiration and direction.
- Set house goals — we help you create a Design Brief & Schedule of Rooms.
- Project Budget and Construction Budget estimate.
- Fee Proposal for Seau Studios Full Design Service.*

Master Plan Consultation
$6,200 + GST
The Master Plan Consultation is our premium concept design package condensed into an abridged version to help you determine the next steps for your project. This package is designed to give you the confidence to take the next steps with your house and can be used as part of Seau’s Full Design Package if you choose to do so.

IS THIS PACKAGE RIGHT FOR YOU?
This package is great for people weighing up whether to renovate or sell their home, for those who aren’t sure if their brief can be achieved in their existing house and therefore aren’t ready to commit to a full design package, and for people who are unsure of a suitable budget for their renovation.We provide sketch floor plans which you can take to your real estate agent for an evaluation to help you decide whether to sell, renovate or demolish. We also explore the cost of what a renovation would look like.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- 3 x 1.5 hour meetings — Introduction Meeting, Concept Presentation Meeting & Final Presentation Meeting.
- Set house goals — we help you create a Design Brief & Schedule of Rooms
- Site Analysis — including an assessment of the Local Planning Regulations and Policies for your property.
- Sketch Floor Plans at 1:200 — demonstrating the planned layout for the entire property.
- Mood Board Booklet — a collection of ideas, materials and textures to provide visual inspiration and direction.
- Project Budget and Construction Budget estimate.
