The clients approached us with a
desire to maximise the northern
winter sun and create a strong
connection between the indoor
and outdoor spaces of their home.
The design responds to the varying
levels of the site by stepping the
house with the natural contour
of the site. This also made for a
fantastic design opportunity to
capture multiple views of the
park and courtyard while still
providing privacy to the
various zones of the house.
